Théo is passionate about IC design for D-band frequencies, focusing on their integration into radar and communication systems to enable joint communication and sensing. He works with SiGe BiCMOS and FDSOI technologies to develop RF front-end modules, including power detectors and low-noise amplifiers.
He earned his master’s degree from UCLouvain, where his thesis focused on the design of a D-band mixer in collaboration with Farran Technology. His design has been successfully integrated into their D-band radar module.
