Arthur Verlinden

Arthur Verlinden was born in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, Brussels, Belgium in 2001. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) in 2022 and 2024, respectively. He is now working as a PhD student at UCLouvain under the supervision of Prof. Dimitri Lederer.

His research is focused on mm-wave IC design between 110 and 170 GHz using III-V technologies such as InP DHBT and their integration onto Si substrates (InP-on-Si).

His work also includes the simulation and characterization of passive structures on InP substrates.
