Conference fees

The following registration fees apply for EUROCALL 2019. All registration fees are expressed in Euro (EUR).

Registration process

Registration and payments for EUROCALL 2019 should be completed via the online registration form. Registration is required for all persons attending the conference. For any inquiries related to the conference, please contact eurocall2019@uclouvain.be.

The registration process for EUROCALL 2019 involves three steps:
Step 1: subscribing to regular or student EUROCALL membership
Step 2: completing the registration form for the EUROCALL 2019 conference
Step 3: completing the payment form for the EUROCALL 2019 conference

Click on the button below to start the registration process. You will be redirected to the EUROCALL website where you will be asked to log in to or register your EUROCALL membership account (Step 1).

EUROCALL membership processing
Memberships are processed manually at EUROCALL HQ. For this reason, please allow a few days for your memberships to be finalised. THIS IS NOT AN AUTOMATED PROCESS. The EUROCALL Executive Committee thank you for your patience and continued support.

CALICO, IALLT, and JALT-CALL members may attend EUROCALL conferences at the EUROCALL member’s rate. Click on the button below to continue registration with your CALICO/IALLT/JALT-CALL membership.

REGISTRATIONS CLOSED
Many thanks to all of you who have already registered for EUROCALL 2019! We have now reached full capacity and have closed registration for non-presenters. If you are a presenter and have not yet registered, please contact us as soon as possible!

Please send an email to eurocall2019@uclouvain.be if you wish to be placed on the waiting list. We will let you know as soon as possible if a space becomes available and will allocate the new registrations on a first come first served basis.

Registration terms and conditions

Privacy Policy

The personal information you provide when you register for the event will be used by the hosting organization in connection with the administration of the event and may be shared with the service providers when necessary. Your name, affiliation and email may be published in the official delegate list. Please contact the conference organisers should you wish it to be removed, eurocall2019@uclouvain.be.

EUROCALL Membership

All delegates who register for EUROCALL 2019 conference must be EUROCALL members. Please ensure that you can provide a valid EUROCALL Membership ID in order to register. Members of affiliated organisations (CALICO/JALTCALL/IALLT) can also use their valid membership ID to register. Please note, all membership IDs will be verified by the organizers.

Cancellation policy   

Cancellations with requests for registration refunds must be received in writing on or before 1st July.  A EUR 50 processing fee will be applied to refund requests by the deadline given, bank charges may also be deducted. The refunds will not be given for cancellations received after the given deadlines nor will they be given for failure to attend or for unattended events. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used and will be processed within 30 days of refund approval. Please contact the organisers at eurocall2019@uclouvain.be regarding all cancellations.

Letter of invitation

If you need a formal Letter of Invitation, please complete your registration and payment first and then contact the local organising committee: eurocall2019@uclouvain.be.

Registration certificates for participants requiring a visa

If you need an official registration certificate to request a visa, please get in touch directly with fanny.meunier@uclouvain.be

To provide you with the requested registration certificate, please note that you will be asked to provide the following information in your message:

  • Proof of registration and payment
  • Title of presentation (if applicable)
  • Exact dates of arrival to/departure from LLN
  • Address of your accommodation during the conference

Note that participation certificates will be provided to all conference attendees during the conference.
