Minor or other option (30 credits to be spread over the BAC 2 and BAC 3)

The student will choose

  • a minor to be selected from the ensemble of the minors offered by UCL

or

  • options offered on other bachelor programmes

or

  • a work experience period (10 credits) and options (20 credits). The selection of the work experience period is upto the student (with the support of the UCL structures). It will take place in an institution chosen by the student (association, ONG, trade union, private firm, etc.) in relation to his domain of studies : human resources, demography, development, etc. This will be conducted under the supervision of a work experience supervisor, from the host institution, as well as of an instructor from the student's programme. The apprenticeship will last approximately 120 hours in the institution. It will conclude with the drafting of a report and be subject to evaluation. This may take place during the holiday period between the BAC2 and BAC3, or during the year of the BAC3, or during the holiday period of the BAC3.

These choices must be approved by the programme manager.
