Digitized file from the Faculty of Law and Criminology of UCL
This bibliographic directory, whose authors are not identified, conceals about 8500 files, essentially dealing with criminology themes as well as, in a more restricted way, philosophy of law. It seems to have been formed between 1975 and 1980. It was stored at UCL Archives and digitized by the Centre d’histoire du droit et de la justice. The digitization was carried out in batches of 50 files, listed alphabetically by author and subject.
It references articles in legal journals, acts of International Prison Congresses (17% of total corpus) as well as the legislation directly or indirectly related to prison (18% of total corpus). The “alienated”, "benevolence", “mendicancy” and “wandering” themes are also well represented, like the authors Ducpétiaux, Foucault and Vervaeck.
