The following students have access to the second university study cycle ("licence") in Political Sciences :

A.
Holders of the first
university
study cycle diploma ("candidat") on the following conditions :
|
1. All holders of a "candidat" diploma in Political
Sciences delivered by a university of the French-speaking Community of
Belgium.
|
2. Holders of a "candidat" diploma in Social Sciences :
Sociology or a "candidat" diploma in Social Sciences : Information and
Communication, or a "candidat" diploma in Economic Sciences and
Management delivered by a university of the French-speaking Community
of Belgium, on condition that the following prerequisites were followed
during the "candidature".

3. Holders of a "candidat" in Law, from UCL or from
another university, may be admitted after analysis of their application
by the Academic studies secretary for the Department of Political and
Social sciences subject to the addition of complementary courses to
their first year programme.

4. Holders of another "candidat" diploma in
Economic, Social and Political Sciences coming from other Belgian
or foreign universities, as long as the courses followed during the
"candidature" are in conformity with the "candidature" programme of
UCL, especially for the courses enumerated for point 2. If this is not
the case, these courses should be added to the first year
programme.

5. Holders of a "candidat", "licencié" or
"maître" diploma obtained in another faculty or department of a
Belgian or foreign university, subject to the acceptation of their
application by the department and to adding any necessary complementary
courses to their first year programme, or via the completion of a
single year of "candidature", depending on the case.
|
All requests for application or complementary
information linked to points 2, 3, 4 and 5 above, should be addressed
to the academic studies Secretary of the Department of Political and
Social Sciences.

B.
Holders of a
non-university
higher education diploma on the following conditions :
|
1. Holders of a "licencié" diploma in
Administrative Sciences, subject to adding complementary courses to
their first year programme if necessary.
|
2. Holders of a "candidat" diploma in Administrative
Sciences, or a "licencié" diploma in Applied Communication,
Social Assistant social or Social advisor, subject to passing an
entrance exam and adding any complementary courses to their first year
programme if necessary.
|
3. Holders of a "gradué" diploma in Law, Fiscal
Sciences or Human Resource Management ; for "licence" diploma holders
in Political
Sciences, holders of a "gradué" diploma in Public relations;
for "licence" diploma holders in Public Affairs, holders of a
"gradué" diploma
in Administrative Sciences and Public Administration, also social
advisors subject to the successful completion of a prior year of
studies.

C.
Other university or higher
education diploma holders may have access to the programme by obtaining
the "candidat" diploma in Political Sciences in one year (single year
