If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage at the front desk.

Registration desk is open from 17:00 until 19:00
Reception at the Bar Spaloumont from 17:30 until 19:00
Buffet dinner from 19:00 until 21:00


Scientific programs starts on Monday 8:30 and ends on Friday 12:00

Lunch will be given on Friday from 12:15 until 14:15
