Surveys
Anyone can conduct a questionnaire survey. But conducting a high-quality survey that will provide relevant and useful information is not so simple.
The SMCS offers several training courses on conducting surveys, providing participants with the theoretical, technical and practical skills needed to set up a questionnaire-based data collection process and analyze the data.
It is also possible to take on all or part of a survey project. In practical terms, as part of a consultancy service, the SMCS can help:
- design a questionnaire;
- generally check whether a survey is well constructed and whether it will answer the questions asked;
- reduce the costs of a project, which can be achieved by defining a sample size or optimizing the questionnaire;
- choose a data collection tool;
- put a survey online;
- process and analyze the data collected;
- report the results;
- etc.
