Aims

The aim of the seminar is to gradually prepare the students for the realisation of their term papers. In this view, the seminar will care to make a link between the contributions of the formation, the demands of research and the questions raised by the field practice.

Main themes

The seminar does not supply any new theoretical knowledge, but is centred on the integration process, leaning on current teachings.

Content and teaching methods

The aim of the seminar is to draw a problematic (field of study) which is suitable for a research. It leans on the current teachings of the program and on the theoretical tools of analysis.

Other information (prerequisite, evaluation (assessment methods), course materials recommended readings, ...)

The summative evaluation bears on the written report presenting the problematic studied by the student. This report will be assessed at the end of the fourth year.
It follows educational methods fitted for adults including the link between theory and practice, group work, formative assessment and steps of individual and group appropriation of the contents. Illustrations from the various fields of education and from adults formation : continuous education, specialized education, school field, etc.
