Aims
- Formation : according to the students needs, work on the methodological competencies related to the formation,
- integration : the students should be able to analyse their own process of formation, in order to give a sense to their project,
- management : the students should become actors in the logistical and educational management of their formation.
Main themes
Formation : the content can be different each year according to the students needs ; it will be organised around four axes : group work (regulation and analysis of its functioning, decision making, negotiation, etc. ; these aspects will complete the course FOPA 2220 of "Interpersonal Communication and group management"; the methods of intellectual work (information retrieval, writing and synthetic reading of scientific works, oral expression, etc.) ; the more specific methods in adult formation (mental training, research-action, project management, creativity, etc.) ; the methods of individual distancing (control of stress, of time, etc.)
Integration : discussion and exchanges on the questions concerning the way the students consider their formation and the effects of the formation on their project.
In the third year, the content will mainly bear on the logics of access to the formation and on the social representations and their stakes.
Inductive and collective approach.
Management : the content can be different each year according to the students needs but it will always be related on one hand to the educational and organisational management of the group (preparation of the departure contracts, of the mid-term and final evaluations, etc.; in the frame of the group life : allocation of the tasks, election of the delegates, preparation of the counsels, etc.) and on the other hand, to the various meetings and institutional commissions.
Content and teaching methods
The content of the workshop can change each year, with a methodological part, another part bearing on the meaning of the formation and a third part on the organisational management of the group and of the institution.
