Aims

- To be able to teach the lifting gymnastics and sports - To know, include/understand and if required control some praxies gymnic more complex for being able to teach them.

Main themes

- the heating in gymnastics - specific physical preparation - Technique of assistance: principles - Application practises methodological principles and biomechanical knowledge - Praxies gymnic more complex

Content and teaching methods

Participation activates students with the heating, the preparation of the meetings and the more complex teaching of praxies.
