This equipment evolution is based on a Lakeshore Cryogenic probe station CRX-4K.

Its second destination is now a gas sensor characterization tool, combining advanced electrical measurement capabilities (high Z, DC, RF and microwave properties) with a controlled atmosphere inner the chamber (temperature 4-475 K, pressure 0-1 bar and gas concentration).
