Alexandre Thyrion
PhD Student (2024-)
I am a PhD Student at the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
I started my PhD thesis in September 2024 after graduating as an Applied Mathematics Engineer.
My Supervisors are Pr. Frédéric Crevecoeur and Pr. Gianluca Bianchin.
My research aims to understand how the brain controls movements within a system as complex as the human body where numerous nonlinear interactions emerge from musculoskeletal biomechanics. To do this, I focus on the creation of nonlinear control models compatible with experimental observations and the structure of the biological neural controller.
