Aims

- to give the students a first theoretical knowledge of the methods, technics and tolls most currently used in the frame of institutional interventions and of adult trainings in professionnal context.
- to analyse the characteristics of the strategies of intervention and of development of the skills, in relation with the professionnal and organisational context of the socio-educational institutions.
- to provide the students with some landmarks to devise a process of psychosociological intervention at the stage of analysis of the needs, determination of the aims and levels of the effects aimed at.

Main themes

- definition of levels of analysis and intervention inside the socio-educational institutions: persons, interpersonal relations, groups, organisational structures (means-aims), systems of values...
- major theoretical and methodological trends about the interventions in the organisations, in connection with the various conceptions of change (induced, emergent, planned, radical...)
- survey of the principles and methods used in adult training: group dynamics, transactional analysis, P.N.L., Palo Alto school, team-building, project management, fromation-action, 'learning organisation'...
- analysis of the interventions according to the crozerian model of the "concrete action system" which implies a multiplicity of doers, stakes, modes of influence and of sturcturation of the interactions.
- piloting, regulation and evaluation of the institutional interventions and of the training of the employees in an organisational context, both professionnal and bureaucratic.
- principles and tools of the engineering of intervention: analysis of the needs, definition of the aims, modes of pedagogical work and technics of animation and evaluation.
