Aims
- to give the students the opportunity to concretely experiment the functioning of a work team (to perceive and analyse the various processes and components of the group dynamics)
- to observe his/her own behaviour inside this group and to develop efficient behaviours of team work; to understand more thoroughly and to be able to apply in real situations the conceptual frames presented in the prerequisite courses; to concretely experiment the modes of intervention and of training used in the companies and organisations.
