Aims
The aim of this course is to both welcome and systematically follow trainees during their 3rd year doctorate gynecology courses. The accent is on autonomous learning and the development of a critical mind in preparation for training and post-training.
Main themes
The courses are organized in the form of seminars, once a week. Within the context defined above, these seminars are conducted principally by the trainees themselves, under the supervision and control of the teacher responsible. Trainees thus learn how to make and critically appraise presentations, and collect the necessary information relating to a given situation encountered in the course of autonomous learning. Subjects covered include clinical applications, paraclinical examinations, therapeutic approaches and behaviour with respect to patients.
Other information (prerequisite, evaluation (assessment methods), course materials recommended readings, ...)
// Volume of work: around 45 seminars per year, extending from the 3rd year doctorate over an entire year and student rotation. Desired supervision setting: 2 teaching staff members
