1. To enable a consciousness of his own attitudes and favoured mode of communication at the interpersonal and group level.
2. To analyse the main phenomenon related to the interpersonal relations and to the interactions lived inside groups (field of relation and group dynamics).
3. To get a training on the intervention in work teams, in adult training groups.

Content and teaching methods

1. Recorded situation scenarios and analysis of professional experiences choosed by the students according to their needs and practices of formation.
2. Each student will propose the analysis of one situation of communication. According to the size of the group, the individual expectancies will be more or less combined in the collective exercises.
3. The differed postview of the video recordings will allow to objectivise and to analyse the tested situations. The observation and auto-observation skills will also be systematically trained.
4. The tested and reported situations will be systematised on a theoretical level and linked to the psychosociology paradigms treated in various places, namely during the course of social psychology and in the management workshops. Some intelligibility approaches borrowed to the relational psychology and to the group dynamics will be introduced during times of synthesis. At least two sessions will be devoted to the models of participation and intervention in a group work.

The evaluation will be formative, with a summative evaluation on a synthetic work (individual written report).
This course will be given in small groups of about 14 students (+/- 3) with videoformation.
