Aims
Making the future teacher alive to the major aspect of his intervention at school, outside of his teaching in class : the paraschool animation and the work relationship with the educational team.
1. Analizing the characteristics of a teenagers group in ths school situation, out of teaching especially in initial situations
2. Looking for the logics of organisation which are in the school : supervision, coordination, control, organization, relatioinship between all the educational partners
3. Understanding the principles of the guidance meetings of the educational team
4. Be able to animate a meeting in a situation.
Main themes
1. Starting from training situation, establishment of a group typology and inventory of the main management means
2. Systematics observation of the school-working and analyze his mecanism of decision making
3. Presenting the principles of the guidance meetings intended to make agree the educational teams on the planification, the relationship with the parents
4. Animation exercices which are on the agenda between pairs concerning point 3.
Content and teaching methods
Establishment of a typology of the groups and inventory of the principal means of management. Systematic observation of the operation of an Exposed school establishment of the principles of control of meetings. Exercises of animation between pars.
