Aims
The aim of the course is to develop a theoretical and critical reflection on the expressions of justice. It is based on a both theoretical and practical knowledge of various disputes.
Main themes
Unlike courses on judicial law, or studies of specialised disputes which examine concrete expressions of the administration of justice, this course, based on former teaching, aims to develop a systematic reflection on the function of judging and its most essential components. To this end, the function of the judge, the citizen, of their collaborators or counsellors is clearly stated in the framework of the administration of justice. Other issues, such as questions on the legal interpretation of judgements, may also be examined.
