 Aims
By the end of the course, the student should be able to translate Byzantine texts in the Classical and vulgate languages. The students will also have mastered the use of the necessary research tools: specialized dictionaries, grammars, etc.
Main themes
Translation and explanation of Byzantine texts chosen for of their historical, linguistic ou literary value.
Content and teaching methods
Evaluation : oral or written examination.
