Aims

Clinical training in operative dentistry and endodontics.
Diagnosis of the dental lesions - Preparation of treatment plan adapted to the patient - Clinical treatments using various techniques of dental care according to the actual specifications.
Evaluation and criticism of the different methods

Main themes

-Oral examination on the basis of clinical and radiographic observation
-Discussion of the examination with the teachers in charge of the clinics concerned - Development of a global treatment plan.
-Realization of the various phases of the treatment under supervision
-Evaluation by the assistants and the teachers

Content and teaching methods

Clinical training course during which the student treats patients with various dental lesions. Each technical act is cut out in successive phases having to be controlled by the supervisor. The evaluation of the plan of treatment, its follow-up and the final examinations are carried out by the teachers and the supervisors.

Prérequis:
Courses of operative dentistry, endodontics, cariology and preventive dentistry.

Evaluation:
Minimum of each techniques to be realized
Continuous evaluation and final examinations.
