Aims

To look at the quantitative and qualitative aspects of molecular interactions between pharmacological agents and the cell, as a target, passing point and metabolism site.

Main themes

The course will detail the cellular and molecular mecanisms that come into play when pharmalogical agents interact with the cells, in a general way and in more specific applications to tissues or particular organs, like cardio-vascular or nervous systems or physio-pathological situations like inflammation, infection or cancer.
