Aims

Introduction to research in the history of the Church (modern and contemporary periods).

Main themes

An accelerated course, dedicated to detailedly examining specific questions, sometimes related to the modern period (XVIth - XVIII centuries) and sometimes to the contemporary (XIXth - XX centuries). The subject matter varies each year. The subjects dealt with should bring us close to either the history of doctrines, institutions or mentalities and cultures.
