Content and teaching methods
Content
The theme of the seminar will be determined every year by agreement with the students. Examples and themes that might be addressed will include an examination of the processes and policies of task allocation, evaluation, pay and employee motivation, and a study of forms of worker participation.
Methodology
The seminar will involve group work including reading, the analysis of practical cases, and a piece of research based on practices in enterprises that will lead to the production of a report.
