Aims
In depth knowledge of the grammar ( morphology and syntax) and vocabulary of Old Slave. The student who has attended the superior courses during 2 years must be able to make some personal research on texts in Old Slave.

Philological reading and explanation of Slavonic texts (hagiographic and historic).
Content and teaching methods
The aim of the course is perfecting the grammar and lexical knowledge of Old Slave and the philological explanation of Slavonic texts. Created as an introduction to research performances, the course requires some personal research from the student, results and difficulties which are some matter of discussions.

Prerequisite : elementary knowledge of Old Slave or having followed the course GLOR 1818 (Old Slave (elementary course).
Evaluation : continuous ; oral exam at the end of the year (grammar theory ; reading and translation of an Old Slave texts).
