Content and teaching methods

Content and method:

This seminar introduces to some understandibility models for interpersonal and group situations with the help of analysis grids developed through psychosociological approaches of communication (systemic, transactional, behavioural analysis...)
It aims at making emerge some perspectives of 'intervention for an optimisation of the group management.
The methodology is active (practical exercises, situation scenario, case studies, groups of discussion..)
The conceptual contributions are introduced through the students experience on the scholar field and through interpersonal and group relations experienced during the seminar.
The method implies a formative assessment of the student involved in these approaches.

Groups of 20 students

Other information (prerequisite, evaluation (assessment methods), course materials recommended readings, ...)

Evaluation

The certificative evaluation lies on two criteria:
o active participation to the seminar (regular attendance, implication, production)
o an individual written production asserting the acquisition by the student of the tools during the seminar.
