There will be four different categories of presentation:

1. Full paper (25 minutes including discussion)
2. Short paper (15 minutes including discussion)
The papers should either present the results of in-depth analysis or have wide theoretical / methodological appeal. Both types of paper will be treated equally in the book of abstracts.
3. Poster (5 minutes oral presentation + poster)
The posters are intended to present research still at a preliminary stage and on which researchers would like to get feedback.
4. Software demonstration (20 minutes)

Abstract length

• Full paper: 1,000-1,200 words (+ list of references)
• Short paper: 1,000-1,200 words (+ list of references)
• Poster: 500-800 words (+ list of references)
• Software demonstration: 500-800 words (+ list of references)

Key dates

• Deadline for submission of extended abstracts: 1 March 2005
• Notifications of acceptance/rejection: 15 April 2005
• Deadline for submission of revised extended abstracts (for inclusion in the proceedings): 15 June 2005
