Two
methods of payment are available:
(1) Credit card payment
(2) Bank transfer
The payment procedure
is described in the registration form.
The deadline
for payment is 15 September 2005.
CANCELLATION
/ REFUND
There
will be no penalty for cancellations received before 1 September.
The full amount paid minus a 30€ processing fee will be refunded.
A cancellation
fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations
received between 1 September and 30 September.
No refund
will be issued for cancellations received after 30 September.
All cancellations
must be sent in writing via fax, e-mail, or regular mail to the conference
registrar.
