Programme structure

The two focuses for the Master in Education – professional and research – share a similar structure :
- core subjects worth 66 credits ;
- groups of option courses for each focus for 24 credits ;
- special activities for each focus for 30 credits.

The option course Continuing Education for Adults is shared with the Master in Adult Training of the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers – CNAM)and, at a later stage (usually a year afterwards), with the Master in Education (Adult Training) at the University of Geneva.

For a programme-type, and regardless of the focus, options/or elective courses selected, this master will carry a minimum of 120 credits divided over two annual units, corresponding to 60 credits each.
