General training courses in the first semester of the first year of the Bachelor's programme are common to all students in the Faculty of Philosophy, Arts and Letters. This makes it easier to change to another programme in the Faculty at the end of this semester.

Mandatory Specific training

L'étudiant choisit l'étude d'une langue germanique (anglais, néerlandais, allemand) et l'étude d'une langue romane (français, espagnol, italien). Les combinaisons allemand-italien et néerlandais-italien ne sont pas organisées. Dans le premier bloc annuel, il choisit 20 crédits par langue. Dans le deuxième bloc, il choisit 20 crédits par langue. Dans le troisième bloc, il choisit minimum 15 crédits dans chaque langue.
