The Master in Ancient Languages and Literatures : Classics (60 credits) aims to give an advanced training in Greek and Latin Philology, which focuses on grammer, critical analysis of authors and comparative linguistics and culture.
On successful completion of this programme, each student is able to :
On completing this master, students :
will be capable of literary and philological analysis in Greek and Latin;
will have developed an indepth reflection on a specific question in classics through their individual project.
Depending on the option which students choose, they will acquire more specialised skills (linguistic, literary or historical analysis) in either the Greek or Roman domain.
On successful completion of this programme, each student is able to :
1. Maîtriser et appliquer des savoirs dans le domaine spécifique des langues et littératures classiques
2. Mener à bien un travail de recherche personnel dans le domaine des langues et littératures classiques et en communiquer les résultats
3. Acquérir et développer des compétences générales utilisables en milieu professionnel
