- Holders of a first cycle degree outside the European Credits Transfer System (ECTS) will have to show evidence of having successfully completed a comparable number of courses in each of the subjects listed above. The time spent on courses which have been successfully completed will be converted into credits on the basis of a complete first cycle degree being worth 180 credits and one year 60 credits.

- Holders of a first cycle degree containing at least 93 credits of a similar kind may gain entry to this Master by adding the total of missing credits to their first year programme, up to a limit of 15 credits.

Note: An insufficient number of credits in languages may be offset by evidence of passing an English test at level B2 of the Common European Framework for Languages. Evidence of knowledge of a third language (optional) must also be produced. Link to CEF : For further information on language tests, please contact Véronique Seminerio : veronique seminerio@uclouvain.be

- Holders of a Master in Business Engineering may do a second Master with a research focus in one year. In this case, they will be awarded exemptions enabling them to reduce their programme by a minimum of 60 credits and a maximum of 75: the programme must include the research focus courses (30 credits), the research placement (5 credits) and the research-dissertation (18 credits).

- Holders of a Master in Business Engineering with a professional focus from the French Community of Belgium may do a second Master with a research focus by completing a programme of 30 credits which only includes the research focus courses.
