  • Evolution of currents of thought and stage aesthetics.
  • Analysis of current Belgian theatre performance from the point of view of the notion of the "Contemporary" (G. Agamben).
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 Acquire the basics of a historical, aesthetic, theoretical and practical culture about the Belgian scene
 
2 To identify and contextualize an event from the Belgian theatre scene, past or present, and to develop a critical discourse about it
