Main themes

The objective of this course is to stimulate the critical and analytical skills of students by exposing them both to practical references and business cases. More specifically, the following elements will be addressed:
-Organisational and management diagnosis;
-Contemporary issues of organisation management;
-Change management;
-Development of scientific critique based on a consideration of the theories and practices studied.  

Aims

The main objective is to present the basic theories and practices required to understand current management and organisational practices as well as those relating to change management. On completion of this course, students will be able:
-to diagnose an organisation and its management;
-to understand the specific challenges associated with current work management and organisation methods (new forms of work organisation);
-to apply these concepts to the reality of companies (private and public) in order to make useful management recommendations for change management.
