Workload
Classroom hours : 30 hours
Self-study (including e-learning): 90 h
This teaching unit focuses on interactive communication. The proposed written and oral activities therefore aim at developing communication skills in that area, as well as improving the command of the language.
These activities are of two types:
- presentation and training of language functions (everyday socializing, telephoning, contributing to a meeting, a debate or a negotiation, writing a summary, an e-mail,),
- individual and interactive speaking activities related to the field of study. This part includes a presentation on a topic related to the field of study.
These activities require a certain amount of preparation on the part of the student, who also has to improve his or her linguistic knowledge autonomously (study of vocabulary and revision of grammar points by means of e-learning on wallangues.be).
This teaching unit aims at developing the written and oral communication skills of the student in his/her field of study. More precisely it involves
