A Special Issue of the journal RAIRO - Theoretical Informatics and Applications

will be dedicated to the "Journees Montoises d'Informatique Theorique 2012" conference. The Guest editors for the special issue are :
R. Jungers, V. Bruyère, M. Rigo and R. Hollanders.

Deadline to submit a paper : January 21st, 2013.

Submissions are open to anyone willing to submit a paper in the Special Issue (and not only to the participants of the Mons Days). Papers
should be written in English and be related to the topics of the conference which include:
  • combinatorics and algorithmics on words,
  • automata theory and formal languages theory,
  • discrete dynamical systems and symbolic dynamics,
  • and their links with other fields (number theory, calculability, logical aspects, model checking, theory of semigroups, game theory, discrete geometry, decentralized algorithms, biocomputing, etc.).
Authors are expected to follow the guidelines and format of the journal, available via anonymous ftp from: ftp.edpsciences.org in 
the directory /pub/ita/.
Submitted articles should not have been published previously, neither should they be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Submitted papers will be refereed in the standard way by anonymous referees. They should be sent in pdf form to the editorial commottee, JM12@uclouvain.be.

Acceptance notifications are planned for this summer.
