Prerequisites

To take full advantage of this course, it is recommended that you have a level equivalent to :

• Introduction to ggplot2 and its syntax
• Creation of basic graphs (histograms, boxplots, scatter plots, curves)
• Customizing axes, colors and themes
• Use facets to compare subgroups
• Add appropriate annotations and legends
• Export and integrate graphs into reports and presentations
