Training aims

The aim of this course is to give you the skills you need to :

• Create dynamic reports with Quarto
• Generate HTML, PDF, Word documents and presentations
• Build interactive pages with dynamic charts and tables
• Automate document updates whenever data changes

Prerequisites

To take full advantage of this course, it is recommended to have a level equivalent to :

• Introduction to Quarto in relation to R and its advantages over RMarkdown
• Creating reports and presentations with Quarto
• Customizing documents (layout, templates)
• Integration of interactive visualizations with ggplot2 and plotly
