Internal Rates
Depending on the type of omics data and the complexity of the complexity of the analyses :
- Bulk and single-cell raw data processing: 250 eurors.
- Bulk RNA-Seq differential expression and gene set enrichment analyses: 500 euros
- Proteomics and metabolomics data analyses: 500 euros.
- Complex experimental designs (for instance, many experimental conditions, sample issues detected on the PCA, ...), data integration and/or comparison with publicly available data or additional bespoken analyses: to be defined.
- Analyses of publicly available single-cell RNA-Seq data: starting at 500 euros, to be defined depending on complexity.
- Full single-cell, single-nucleus or spatial transcriptomics data analyses: starting at 2000 euros, depending on experimental design.
These rates include presentation and explanations of the results reply to your questions, ... up to the preparation of the material and methods section of your research paper. It is also expected for the bioinformatician(s) that have contributed to your analyses and interprations to be named co-authors on the results publication(s).
For the CUSL, an addition of 25% is counted for additional administrative fees

External rates will depend on the data and analyses and will be set after an initial discussion.
