The BIOINFO facility organises training to data analysis with R et RNA-Seq data analysis with Bioconductor packages. These trainings are organised in collaboration with the statistics core facility SMCS. We offer:

• Data manipulation and visualisation with R: introduction to R and RStudio, to the tidyverse, visualisation with ggplot2, and first steps to omics data analysis with Bioconductor.
• RNA-Seq data analysis with DESeq2.
• R/Bioconductor package development and object-oriented programming.
