The meeting will take place at the Université catholique de Louvain, Institut de Recherche en Mathématique et Physique, in room CYCL01 of the Marc de Hemptinne building (“Cyclotron”), Chemin du Cyclotron 2, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
Getting there
The venue is within walking distance of the Louvain-la-Neuve railway station.
Beware: Leuven (= Louvain in French) is a different town!
🚆 By land
Louvain-la-Neuve can be reached by train from Brussels, usually with a change at Ottignies.
✈ By air
Louvain-la-Neuve can also be reached conveniently from both Brussels Airport (BRU) and Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL):
- From Brussels Airport (BRU) to Louvain-la-Neuve: by train.
- From Brussels South Charleroi Airport (CRL) to Louvain-la-Neuve: usually by bus to Fleurus, then by train from Fleurus to Louvain-la-Neuve, with a change at Ottignies.
