Aims

- to teach the students how to analyse a function and how to use a set of speciic investigation methods aiming at work analysis. To sensitize the students to the problems of implementation in various contexts.
This course is different from PSY 2121 by its general character, centered on the work and its function, and it is not differential (centered on the individual).

Main themes

- principles and methods of the job analysis and development of a profiling fitted for the job
- classification of the jobs (before the recruitment and selection stages)
- principles and methods of the work analysis: technics to record, to code and to analyse the verbal protocols and the behavioural data in work situation.
