Aims

This course introduces the student to the process of a research's design in social sciences. It aims at introducing the student to the different steps in a research's design and to their articulation.

Main themes

We analyse the construction of the different steps of a research design : question, field of research, specific research's objective, theoretical framework, and hypothesis... In turn, we consider the various ways of collecting empirical data as well as the various procedures for analysing it.
