Aims

Advanced seminar (third cycle) aimed at introducing the students to research in applied thermodynamics, energy systems, heat transfer and fluid mechanics.

Prerequisites:
MECA 2855: Thermodynamics and energy systems, MECA 2150: Thermal cycles, MECA 2321: Fluid mechanics and Transfers 1, and MECA 2322: Fluid Mechanics and Transfers 2.
The seminar takes place during the whole academic year. It is accessible to the 3rd cycle students, and to the students preparing their final thesis in the field.
