Aims
Knowledge acquisition in the way to organize and to manage electronic patient records (EPR), taking in account:
- data collection, transmission, processing
- data security and long term archiving of medical records
The student should demonstrate a competence in the organisation, techniques, laws that might influence the development of health electronic records
