Aims
To be able to applicate theoretical knowledge to clinical reasoning on the basis of specific cases.
Main themes
The course is organised as clinical reasoning sessions, during these sessions, groups of 10-15 students work with a supervisor on a clinical case. Such clinical cases must include integrated approaches of internal medicine.
Particular emphasis will be placed on the rational use of investigation exams in order to make diagnosis at the lower cost and therapeutic principles.

The course, devoted to the students of the Medical School ( MED23) in internal medicine clerkship, is given once a week during the academic year.
