Aims

To address a specific theme of humanitarian aid using a multi-disciplinary approach that embraces a number of different basic disciplines tackled in the first term.
To compare theory and practice in debate with actors in the field.

Content and teaching methods

Content
Transversal analyses on subjects linking aspects of geo-politics and public health.
The themes selected will be:
- the Darfour;
- Earthquake in Pakistan;
- the South Kivu.

Methodology
Students will have to prepare group work on an agreed subject, and present it to actors in the field.
This work will be the subject of a debate.

Group work to be presented during the seminar, and to be defended orally.
To be decided, depending on the themes.
