Aims

- Formation : work on the methodological competences related to the formation, according to the needs of the students,
- integration : to help the students to be able to analyse their process of formation, in order to give sense to their project,
- management : the students should be actors in the logistical and educational management of their formation.

Main themes

- Formation : the content may change every year around four axes : group work (regulation and analysis of its functioning, decision making, negotiation, etc. ; these aspects are complementary to the course FOPA 2220 "Interpersonal Communication and group management"); the methods of intellectual work (research in the literature, writing and synthesis of scientific texts, oral presentation, etc.) ; the specific methods in adult formation (mental training, research-action, project management, creativity, etc.) ; the methods of individual distancing (stress management, time management, etc.)
- Integration : this workshop will leave some space to some elements of discussion and exchanges on questions related to the manner to consider his own formation and to the effects of the formation on the projects of the students.
In the second year, the course will mainly consider the logics of formation, the strategies implied and the related stakes.
The approach will be mainly inductive and collective.
- Management : the content may change each year but will always be related, on one hand to the educational and organisational management of the group (relation with the course : preparation of start up contracts, mid- and end-evaluations, etc ; relation with the group experience : distribution of the tasks, election of the delegates, preparation of the councils, etc.) and on the other hand, to the various institutional meetings and commissions.
