Aims

To provide to the students the theoretical bases necessary to the interpretation of the total facts which constitute the evolutionary systemic environment of the field of the active leisures. The objective is, at the same time descriptive and methodological. One will as well discuss these facts (interpretation) from the comparative point of view in time (30 last years) as in space.

Main themes

1. To put in historical prospect, increasing economic importance of the active leisures as well as evolution of their mode of assumption of responsibility financial; purely private at the beginning, collective and sociétal later on. To make perceive the recent stakes: the physical activity became vehicle of communication of the advertising type. It would be necessary to include/understand the movements under unclaimed with these evolutions. 2. Concepts on the general economic movements, cycles seasonal, of the economic situation and of long period (Kondratieff). Implications of these movements on the leisure and, working time fields of application. Towards where we go? 3. Basic designs of general balance and the interdependence in the total system: for example: public investments <...financing <... taxes <...returned of the actors... Application to the field of the physical activities of creation of employment and derived request which the development of the physical activities generates.
