Aims

This course's objective is to enlarge and deepen the basic notions given in the 1st cycle course of molecular spectroscopy, in particular in the field of visible-UV spectroscopy, IR, Raman and mass spectroscopy.

Main themes

- complements of IR and visible-UV spectroscopy (absorption, emission) and associated time-resolved techniques
- complements of Raman spectroscopy
- complements of mass spectroscopy

Prerequisites: course CHIM1241 part B or equivalent.

Students concerned: CHIM22.
